If you are not satisfied with an item due to damage or freshness, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please keep the product intact and, if perishable, store it in a refrigerated environment until further instructions. Contact our customer support team at info@oliobarbera.us to obtain approval before returning any items. Exchanges are processed based on availability.

European Orders: European customers may initiate returns following the same guidelines. However, please be aware that international returns may require additional processing time, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be held responsible if the order is returned. Returned orders will be processed as a return, with a refund issued minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Please double-check all details to avoid this issue.

Damaged Perishables on Return: Any perishable items damaged due to improper return handling will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for non-perishable items, depending on availability. Once the original item is returned and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped out. Perishable items are not eligible for exchanges but may be returned if they meet the conditions above.
