Dedicated to Carlo Barbera, fifth generation of the family and future master oil maker. This extra virgin olive oil, produced in the company's experimental mill, is appreciated by the best internationally renowned chefs. The Cerasuola variety olives, grown according to the organic farming method, boast the Protected Designation of Origin "Valli Trapanesi". To make this oil, the olives are carefully pitted without damaging the pulp. The result is an oil with a delicate aroma and a sweet and elegant taste.
