The result of a larger project, OLIÀ was designed and developed by the women of Premiati Oleifici Barbera, the heart of the workforce of the historic Sicilian company, in partnership with Arcidonna, a national association that promotes freedom and equal gender opportunities. For every single bottle sold, part of the proceeds will be donated to the association to support projects in favor of gender equality. OLIÀ, cold-extracted from Biancolilla olives, one of the oldest varieties in Sicily, with a gentle and elegant taste, accompanies and enhances all your recipes, from fine dining to home tables.
