A symbol of an extraordinary territory, this product originates in the heart of western Sicily, among the hills and olive groves that define the landscape of Val di Mazara. The Protected Designation of Origin ensures its authenticity and strong bond with this land—one of
the first PDO olive oil regions recognized in Italy, where olive cultivation has been a centuries-old tradition. The result of a meticulous selection of the finest native cultivars and a process that honors time and traditional knowledge, this harmonious oil is rich in aroma, with notes of green tomato, fresh grass, and almond—capable of enhancing any dish.
